The Scatterbrain Router app must be installed first before any 3rd party apps due to a limitation in android permissions.Scatterbrain is a multi-protocol delay tolerant network router that allows building distributed applications that communicate over long distances using only short range radio like wifi and bluetooth.
This allows messages and data to spread throughout a wide area like rumors or viruses, leveraging human movement instead of long range network connections.
